Adam Ryan Bair

Williamsburg- Adam Ryan Bair was born June 2, 1987, in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of Barbara Ann Bair. He graduated from Williamsburg High School in 2005. Adam worked at Landmark Chill & Grill and Brother’s Market in Williamsburg. He enjoyed reading and fishing. Adam died on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at his home in Ladora, at the age of 39 years.

He is survived by his brother Sam Bair of Victor; step brothers Robert Sandersfeld of Marengo and Charles Sandersfeld of Kinross; a step sister Jamie Sandersfeld of Cedar Rapids; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded by his parents Barbara Bair and Thomas Sandersfeld.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg. Burial will follow in the Community Cemetery, rural Deep River. Visitation will be on Wednesday, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the Powell Funeral Home. Memorials may be directed to Powell Funeral Home to help Adam’s family with funeral expenses.
