Dennis D. Greiner

KEOTA-Dennis D. Greiner was born on October 25, 1937. He was married to the love of his life, Lois, for 61 years. He served in the US Army until retirement. His most recent accomplishment was planting the 60th crop on his farm. Dennis had 4 children: Lisa, married to Jim Cavin, deceased; Becky, married to Blake Wilson; Nancy, married to James Wilson; and Dean. He had 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Dennis died after having one more look out over his farm and he said, "Life was so good!" Denny passed away July 1, 2021 at his home. He enjoyed family, life and friends.

Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at Holy Trinity Parish - St. Mary Catholic Church in Keota, with Rev. Robert Lathrop officiating. The service will also be livestreamed on the Powell Funeral Home facebook page. Burial will be at Holy Trinity Cemeteries - St. Mary's Cemetery in Keota. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 5, 2021, at the church, where there will be a wake service at 7:00.

A memorial fund has been established for Washington County Hospice or West Chester Heritage Association. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota is caring for Dennis and his family. Tributes may be made at www.powellfuneralhomes.com.
