SIGOURNEY- Glen (Squirrel) Weber, age 72, of Sigourney, died Monday, December 8, 2025, at the Keokuk County Health Center in Sigourney.
Glen was born April 14, 1953, the son of Ed and Virginia (Greiner) Weber and graduated from Sigourney High School. On May 2, 1981, he married Carol Clingan. They were recently divorced. A lifelong resident of Sigourney, Glen worked for Cassen’s Mill, Pappy Davis Trucking, Jim Tinnes Trucking and a hog confinement near Webster. An early riser, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, mushroom hunting and helping anyone who needed it. Glen loved when his grandchildren would come visit him at home and after he went to Stone Cottage last year.
Survivors include two children: Tracy (Jeremy) Pfannebecker and Chris (Nicole Tracy) Weber, all of Sigourney; six grandchildren: Chelsey, Bailey, Shelby and Tyler Pfannebecker, McKinley Weber and Riley Westermeyer; brother: Steve (Judy) Weber of Sigourney and sister: Carol Ann (Chad) Liddle of Denver, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters: Rita Jean Altenhofen and Bonnie Sellers.
