Harry Riddle

Wellman- Harry G. Riddle was born December 20, 1942 in Sigourney, Iowa, the son of Harry H. and Harriette (Geyer) Riddle. He graduated from English Valleys High School in 1962. On
December 15, 1962, Harry was united in marriage to Linda Cochran in Sigourney. Harry and Linda lived in the South English area until moving to Wellman in 1972. Harry was a truck
driver for Nagle Lumber in Iowa City for almost 50 years. He enjoyed watching sports, attending car shows, and maintaining his property. Harry unexpectedly passed away Monday,
January 10, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City at the age of 79 years.

Harry is survived by his wife Linda of Wellman; 3 children, Michael (Jennifer) Riddle of Kalona, James Riddle of Iowa City, and Ginger (Matt Wadle) Riddle of Iowa City; 4
grandchildren, Dr. Amanda (Kerry) Haage, Zachary (KC) Riddle, Courtney (Zach) Baughman and Shannon Riddle; and 4 great-grandchildren, Alice Riddle, Peyton Baughman, Jason Baughman and Kylie Baughman. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 am Saturday, January 15, 2022, at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be in the Sixteen Cemetery in Thornburg.
Visitation will be Friday, January 14, 2022, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Facemasks are required for the visitation and funeral, as requested by the family. A general memorial fund has been
established.
