Jenna Marie Ewalt was born and died on Sunday, April 17, 2005 at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. Jenna is survived by her parents - Patrick and Tina Ewalt; 2 sisters - Lacey and Madison of Wellman; grandparents - Carol Ewalt of Wellman; Katie Cole of Pella; Darrell and Elaine Smith of Williamsburg; Ralph Ewalt of Tipton; great grandmother - Maxine Puckett of Ft. Madison; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jenna was preceded in death by a sister - Jessica; 2 brothers - Thomas James and Joshua; and grandparents - James Puckett, and Guy and Lorraine Smith.
