Jerry Edward Dennis

Keswick- Jerry Edward Dennis was born June 11, 1946, near Millersburg, Iowa, the son of Harry Elroy and Mary Catherine (Wagner) Dennis. He graduated from North English High School in 1964 and went on to receive his teaching degree from Northeast Missouri State. On June 24, 1967, Jerry was united in marriage to Lynne Diane Wilkins in Coralville. Jerry worked many years at Amana Refrigeration and Subway in Williamsburg. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in North English. He enjoyed camping, hunting mushrooms, shooting, fishing, going to car shows and spending time with family and friends. Jerry died on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at his home in Keswick at the age of 79 years.

He is survived by his wife Lynne of Keswick; a daughter Tara Walker of Amana; a son Tyson (Staci) Dennis of Keswick; seven grandchildren Quynsi, Quade, Nyle, Noah, Drayvon, Harlan, and Addeline; a great great grandson Xavien; and two sisters Connie Jo Peiffer and Karen Grove. He is preceded by his parents; a brother-in-law Jay Peiffer; a sister-in-law LaDonna Seaba; and a niece Karie Lynn Grove.
