WELLMAN-Justin Plank, age 69, of Wellman, died Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at Parkview Manor in Wellman.

Justin was born April 3, 1956, in Washington, the son of David and Faith (Wilkins) Plank. He grew up in Daytonville and received his education in the Mid-Prairie school district. Justin lived in South English and worked in the Janitorial Department at the University of Iowa for several years. He enjoyed fishing, camping and reading the Bible.

Survivors include his sister: Sandra (Charles) Plank Klopp of Wellman; two brothers: Jay (friend Susan) Plank of Wellman and Greg Plank of Wellman; two sisters-in-law: Karen Plank of Kalona and Sharon Plank of Iowa City; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: David and Faith Plank; three brothers: William, Fred and Larry “Skip” Plank; nephews Dennis Albright and Justin Albright; nieces Faith Albright, Raean Plank, Madison Plank, Abigail Plank, and Chloe Plank.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Wellman Cemetery, with Pastor David Grimm officiating. Burial will be at Wellman Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
