Marcia Beinhart

Marcia Gail Beinhart, age 62, of Kewanee, Illinois, died Sunday, May 10, 2026, at OSF St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg, Illinois.

Marcia was born December 25, 1963, in Washington, Iowa, the daughter of Charles Keith Beinhart and Isabelle (Sieren) Beinhart. Marcia grew up in rural Harper and graduated from Sigourney High School. Marcia enjoyed playing with animals, especially cats, and listening to music. Her favorite artist was Elvis Presley. Marcia also enjoyed visits with her family and a cool Pepsi or a strawberry shake were always a welcome treat. Marcia was proud to be a Christmas baby and share her birthday with Jesus. She enjoyed snapchat and giggling at the creative photos. Marcia’s heath declined over the years, but she always had a big smile and a friendly “hi” for everyone.

Marcia was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Bruce Beinhart. Survivors include four siblings: Roger (Molly) Beinhart of Keota, Rhonda Beinhart of Sigourney, Murray (Connie) Beinhart of Ottumwa and Brenda (Chris) Frazier of De Witt. Marcia is also survived by many nieces and nephews. In addition to her family, Marcia will be greatly missed by her friends and caregivers at Avenues at Royal Oak.

According to her wishes, a memorial graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 22, 2026, at Holy Trinity Cemeteries - St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Harper. Her cremated remains will be laid to rest at Holy Trinity Cemeteries - St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Harper.
