Mikel Alan Rotter

Mikel A. Rotter, age 59, of Orlando, Florida passed away Monday, November 1, 2021. A memorial graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 20, 2022, at the Marengo Cemetery, Marengo. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m., until service time at the Marengo Cemetery, Marengo. Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mikel is survived by his parents Richard (Myrta) Rotter of Williamsburg and Karen (Jerry) Tennyson of Rowley; and a brother Dennis Lee of Hiawatha. He was preceded in death by his brother Robert Douglas in infancy, and his uncle Robert Rotter.

Mikel Alan Rotter was born July 12, 1962, the son of Richard and Karen (Hurst) Rotter. He attended the Benton Community Schools then worked as an inspector for Whirlpool Corporation for 32 years. As a young boy Mikel enjoyed skateboarding and horseback riding. He moved to Orlando Florida in 2016. His favorite place to go was Universal Studios Park. Mikel especially enjoyed spending time with his friends, living the life of a partier.
