Nicole Leanne Matlick

Nicole L. Matlick Milligan, age 39 of Marengo, died Friday, October 5, 2018 at her home. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 P.M. Monday, October 15, 2018 at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo. There will be no services. Inurnment will be at a later date at the Marengo Cemetery. Nicole is survived by her husband Victor Milligan; three daughters, Shyawna Collins, Kelsey Milligan and Lainey Milligan; her father Loren Brockett and wife Denise; her step-father Craig Borchardt; and siblings Ryan Matlick, Shirley Matlick, Chip Brockett, Joey Brockett and Misty Brockett.

She was preceded in death by her mother Sharon Matlick Borchardt.

Nicole Leanne Matlick was born June 22, 1979 in Iowa City, Iowa, the daughter of Loren Brockett and Sharon Matlick. She graduated from Burlington High School in 1997. She was a loving mother and homemaker. She enjoyed listening to music of all types, but especially liked the “old school hip hop”. She was a movie buff, and liked the “Fast and Furious” series. But most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends, and her pets.
