Richard Joseph Cobb

Richard Joseph Cobb, resident of Marengo, Iowa and former longtime resident of Fraser and Macomb, MI, died unexpectedly March 22, 2018. He was 75 years of age. Richard was born on February 4, 1943 in Fort Knox, Kentucky, son of the late Robert and Eleanor (Dobrotka) Cobb. He worked as a machinist for the automotive industry working at AT&G Screw Machine Products and Allen Tool and Machine for many years. Richard was a member of the Free and Accepted Mason Lodge. He will always be known for his honesty and wonderful sense of humor. Richard will be missed.

Richard is the loving husband of the late Carolyn Sue Norris and Martha McArdle; cherished father of Richard F (Vicki) Cobb of Marengo, IA, Gerald D (Barb) Cobb of Macomb, MI and the late Kenneth Cobb; Step-father of Gina (David) Sharnas, John (Deb) McArdle, Jim (Kahli) McArdle, and Daniel McArdle. dearest grandfather of Jacob Cobb, Joseph Cobb, Kenneth Cobb, David Cobb, Summer Cobb, Sarah Swisher, Paige Kearney, Jillian Kearney, Alexis Kearney, Jason Sharnas, Trevor Sharnas, Owen Sharnas, Samantha St Claire, Sean McArdle, Austin McArdle, Erin McArdle, Jacob McArdle, Aden and Nathan; beloved great grandfather of 7 and one on the way; and dear brother of the late Patsy and Janice.

Visitation will be held at Faulmann & Walsh Golden Rule Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Road, Fraser, Michigan on Wednesday, March 28 ^th , 4pm until the time of service at 7pm. Private burial will take place in White Chapel Cemetery, Troy, MI.
