Stanford Wilson

Stanford Leon Wilson was born July 28, 1964 in Everett, Washington, the son of Charles Stanley & Clara Anna (Brown) Wilson. He graduated high school in Manteca, California. He grew up in Manteca and later moved to Kalona, Iowa. He enjoyed building and painting models, junking, playing cards and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Stanford died on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City at the age of 57 years.

He is survived by two sons Matthew and Michael Wilson; two grandchildren Melissa & David Wilson; a sister Sonja (Samuel) Clarke; two brothers Gary (Marie) Wilson and William Wilson; a sister-in-law Sandra Morrow; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents and a daughter Melissa Rose Wilson.
