Valerie Adrian

KEOTA-Valerie Jeanne Adrian, age 72, of Keota, died Friday, May 15, 2026, at Harvest Acres Nursing and Rehab in Keota.

Valerie was born October 24, 1953, in Washington, the daughter of Lawrence and Catherine (Schumann) Adrian. She lived at Maplewood Manor, which is now called Harvest Acres Nursing and Rehab, since June of 1975. 

Survivors include a sister: Janice Weber of Keota; a brother: JP (Laurie) Adrian of Harper; a brother-in-law: Rick Watson of Richland and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents: Lawrence and Catherine Adrian; a sister: Loni Watson; a brother-in-law: Hubert Weber and a niece: Amy Frederick.

Memorial graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Holy Trinity Cemeteries - Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery in rural Harper. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at Powell Funeral Home in Keota.
