A Celebration of Life Service will be 10:30 am, Monday, July 28, 2025, at First Presbyterian Church in Williamsburg. A visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, Sunday, July 27, 2025, at First Presbyterian Church in Williamsburg. In leu of flowers a memorial fund has been established for the Veterans Liberty Center in Iowa City. Messages may be left at www.powellfuneralhomes.com.
