William "Bill" Eugene Corrick

SIGOURNEY-William "Bill" Eugene Corrick, age 63, of Sigourney, died Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at his home.
Bill was born March 29, 1957, in Moline, Illinois, to Gerald and Helen (Wheatley) Corrick and graduated from Tri County High School in 1975. A lifelong resident of the Keswick and Sigourney areas, Bill worked in housekeeping at the University of Iowa for 40 years. On October 24, 1987, he married Mary Jane Girard at the Webster United Methodist Church. He enjoyed music, movies and unicorns.
Survivors include his wife: Mary of Sigourney; three children: Holly Corrick of Keswick, William Corrick of Keswick and Pamela Corrick (Justin Seaba) of South Dakota; one grandson: Joshua Seaba of South Dakota; sister: Sandy (Jack) Evans and brother: Jack Chatfield. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife: Charlotte and sister: Rebecca Worrell.

Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 14, 2020, at Powell Funeral Home in North English, with Pastor John DeBoef officiating. Mask usage and social distancing are required. Burial will be at Sorden Cemetery near Keswick. There will be no visitation.
