Joy was my cheerleader in life. From our slumber parties as girls and riding our ponies together to 2018 when she sat up front on our 50th class reunion float that she’d yell out what cheer I should lead next....she cheered me on. Finally when I cut my long red hair, did I finally grow taller than her. Oh thank you Joy for always being my cheerleader. With tears, I say goodbye. I wish I had lived closer during our adult lives. Your children can learn much from your example.
Joy and I attended St Mary’s School and Keota High School together. We had special memories together at her home. I’m sorry hearing the news of her passing. Thoughts and prayers sent to her family.

Uncle Larry and girls,
I am sorry for the sudden loss of Aunt Joy. She will always hold a special place in the hearts of many, as your wife and the mother to Krissy and Dorothy; she will also be remembered for being a daughter, a sister, an aunt, and a friend. My heart goes out to all whose lives where touched by Joy, but especially to Larry, Krissy, and Dorothy. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Much Love, Mickey Redlinger
